Securely install the device using common .25” flad-head screws and nuts or alternatively with the #14 flat-head screws for use in wood. Easy to install and adjust and adjust, our high-quality design allows you to hold rope sizes from 3/8” to 5/8”. The PYTHON multi-purpose rope cinch is ideal for securing your rope without using knots and has many diferent uses.

How To Mount The PYTHON Sailboat Stanchions Fender Hanger

1. The adjustable clamp fits standard vertical and horizontal rails with diameters from 7/8” to 1-1/8”. Open the clamp as shown and position against the rail.

2. Close the clamp.

3. Move the blue lever into position. Be sure the black washer is in contact with the lever. Rotate the blue lever clockwise until the desired amount of clamping force is achieved. Do not over tighten the clamp.

4. Close the blue lever as shown to secure the clamp in position.

How To Use The PYTHON Multi-Purpose Rope Cinch

  1. Pull up on the blue safety lever. The lever can rest as shown to keep the gripping cam open.

2. Insert the rope and position as desired.

3. Flip the blue safety lever back down to allow the cam to grip the rope.

To shorten the rope distance, simply pull on the rope. The rope will stay secure and lock back into place. To extend the distance or release the rope, pull on the rope to remove tension and then rotate the cam to release the rope.

Ropes under tension can hold dangerous amounts of energy and may cause injury or property damage. Use caution and remove rope tension before releasing the rope.

    1. MOORING: The PYTHON rope cinch can be easily installed to docks and pylons to provide a quick mooring point for a boat. The simplicity of the device makes tying up and casting off easy without the need for complicated knots. (Not recommended for use in heavy waves or storms.)
    2. ANCHOR OR DRIFT SOCKS: Once you have your anchor or drift sock in position, place the rope in the device and engage the cam to secure the rope. To shorten the distance, simply pull on the rope. The rope will stay secure and lock back into place. To extend the distance or release the rope, pull on the rope to remove tension and then rotate the cam to release the rope.

We use FedEx for standard shipping services. Please allow 1-3 days for processing, and an additional 3-7 business days for your order to arrive based on your location. Shipping discounts, if available, are only applied to orders shipped within the continental United States (does not apply to HI or AK).

We can ship merchandise outside of the USA and Canada.  These shipments are unique and subject to different fees due to customs paperwork and insurability. All shipments to Alaska or Hawaii must be shipped 2nd Day Air or Overnight (no ground service available), and may incur an additional shipping charge based on weight or insured value of the package. If this should occur, we will contact you with the new shipping charge before processing your order.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product(s) for a refund within 14 days of purchase. For products purchased directly from our authorized dealers, their return policy applies to your purchase. Please contact them directly for information regarding their return policy.

You can return your product(s) for a refund up to 14 days from the original purchase date. A refund for the price of the merchandise will be applied to your original method of payment after we receive the returned product(s). If returned after 14 days of the original purchase date, a store credit for the price of the merchandise will be issued.  This store credit expires 1 year after the original purchase date. All returned merchandise must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

To avoid problems, please include a copy of your original receipt to help process your return.

All products manufactured by Northern Lights Engineering LLC, are warrantied against defects in material and workmanship for 1 year on all products. Proof of purchase is required. This warranty applies only to the original owner. This warranty is void if the product is used commercially (a for-profit business), structurally altered, overloaded, or is damaged as a result of abnormal use. Normal wear and tear is not warrantied.

Damaged products must be returned to Northern Lights Engineering LLC. A return authorization number (RA#) provided by customer service is required for all warranty claims.
